Once I started law school, I figured baking and blogging would just be a distraction. After almost a year of school at UConn Law, I realized that baking is a stress reliever. When the going gets tough, sometimes you just want to think about tarts instead of the torts reading you procrastinated on.
Baking is one of those things that I love doing, and I found that by doing just that and sharing my love of food on this blog, it was a way to take a little time for myself each day. So, keep your eye out for many more posts in the future! Cheers!
